These belts are wonderful after you no longer have your sling/immobilizer if you want to make your shirt more fitted. Easy to fasten, even with the sling on, and great to go to physical therapy or medical appointments. Bucket is an easy to fasten slide buckle made of polished nickel.  Belts are made of elastic and the measurements below are when belts are not stretched. The belts will stretch out several inches from what is listed.
