This style of sweater opens at both shoulders with hook and loop fasteners (Velcro like) for ease in dressing (or nursing) and has 3/4 sleeves with cuffs that fasten at the elbow with hook and loop. Each Shoulder Shirt comes with a ribbon designed to pull up the back shoulder into position for fastening the sweater. (See pictures for examples of how the shirts work.) The shirts are machine washable.

This style of shirt tends to run big to accommodate immobilizers and slings so I have included the approximate measurements. (I do not recommend buying the next size larger than you normally wear.)

Fabric: Polyester sweater knit. This is a medium weight polyester sweater knit fabric. It features a rich shade of dark red with a mohair texture. This sweater is loose and comfy and is wonderful after surgery when you can't wear a bra and is very warm and toasty for the winter time and cooler climates. Perfect for recuperating at home and wonderful to wear to your medical appointments or if you need to go back to work soon. This sweater style is great for breastfeeding moms.
